Have you heard all the glamour of entrepreneurship?
I’ve heard it’s easy and everyone can do it with their laptop working 4 hours a week.
Has that been your reality?
The problem with this crap is that the people touting entrepreneurship as being this way do not know what it actually takes.
I think they make their money selling courses and pitching the dream while just confusing the rest of us.
I’ve failed in many projects. Most new things I create get smashed up by the market and only an aspect or two of the original vision continue forward.
Does that resonate with you?
Today’s post is primarily to remind myself, and anyone reading, that entrepreneurship can be hard as hell.
It’s uncertain, risky, and holds no guarantee for success.
But I suppose the pursuit of autonomy and agency that entrepreneurship provides makes it all worth it.
