As someone who’s been in Sales Management since early 2018, here’s the solution to poor sales performance.
Today I’ll give a step by step solution to Sales and a Plan to how to crush it moving forward.
1. Set a Goal To Commit To: I’ve watched many people set big far reaching goals. Stray away from this. Keep it small and achievable. It builds momentum and confidence. Build from that.
2. Create a plan and work the plan: How many people need to be spoken to on average? How many calls needs to be made? Know your numbers, make a plan, and stick to it.
3. Maintain Strong Attitude: Fo whatever it takes to be upbeat. Usually it’s the small things. Eating right, getting sleep, having a coffee, regular exercise, etc. You need to be pumped to make sales. Make sure you feel right.
As someone whose been in Sales for myself, recruiting others, and managing the performance of teams, I know what it takes to be successful.
It’s all fundamentals.
Once you follow the above 3 Steps you’ll be feeling successful, building momentum, and making more money.
