Have you ever had an employee do something wrong? Or maybe a business partner that did something sketchy? It’s easy to point the finger and say it was their fault. But there’s more to the picture.
As leaders, we must understand the fundamental human character is flawed. People make mistakes. People do the “wrong” thing when tempted.
Therefore we must go about building organizations that help monitor themselves. Do not let people think they can get away with anything. Do not allow a person to slip into their lower selves. It’s much better for both parties this way.
