One major component of an effective organization, especially sales related…

Is when the managers have an attractive lifestyle.

To keep entry level representatives motivated, an organization’s middle manager’s lifestyle (their boss) should be attractive.

Here are some questions to an employee may be asking themselves.

1. Do they have free time for friends, family, and hobbies?

2. Are they in great shape? Mentally, physically, emotionally

3. Do they have a lifestyle that would be attractive to have 5 years out if possible?

If the answers to the above questions are no, this creates friction where the entry level rep may not want to ascend the ladder.

And this isn’t good for anyone. The organization, the middle manager, or the entry level rep.

Moral of the story: Work to improve these areas.
