Play to your strengths

Have you ever been told to work on your weaknesses?

Lame!

The problem with society today is everyone wants to work on the things they’re bad at.

It’s just not effective.

You don’t tell a fish to work on it’s walking.

Just as God gifted one to care for working in nursing and another to run a company, you should work to play on your God given strengths and talents.

I do believe we should periodically look at where we are lacking, but only briefly.

Wallowing on our weaknesses will only leave us depressed and insecure.

Work on what you’re good at, level up in that area, and delegate the other tasks to your colleagues, friends, or partner! 🙂

P.S. If you need help identifying your strengths there are great tests like the gallops strength test or Perry Marshall’s test!
