Get moving, don’t procrastinate

One day I’ll start _

One day I’ll quit _

One day I’ll (insert procrastination)

Every said this to yourself?

You see, it’s not your fault, or mine, or anyone else’s.

We are certainly bound by our human nature.

But these statements are worse than we realize.

Not only are they procrastination, but they are riddled with delusion!

Just because one makes the choice to begin X or quit Y, does not mean the results are instantaneous.

✅ less of the things we don’t value
✅ more of the things that move us forward
✅ one thing that brings us joy
