Learn to fail smarter, faster, and for less money. Implement surveys, shadow testing, critical assumptions, proformas, and various other focus groups to de-risk allocating time, money, and energy to a potentially dumb idea. Markets are more important than products & services. If there isn’t a market, there isn’t an opportunity — plain and simple!
